No company is going to contract themselves to a deferral of capital unless they have also already locked in the revenue side with agreements.
There are no material revenue contracts in place or BRN would have announced it on the ASX already.
This is just a case where investors are going to have to be extremely patient (i.e. 12 months or more, for any significant news)
