Excellent news.
1. Means I can put anyone that says Capital Raise on ignore immediately for the next two years.
2. Means we won't be issuing shares at depressed price pre-end of this month.
3. Locks in funding stream, as required, over the next couple of years to allow sensible management of operations and expansion of workforce as required.
4. May provide capital to lock-in a CEO when Peter and Board determine it's a goer.
5. Could provide $ for a larger production run of chips.
I could keep going but that's enough. Good move.
