I agree whole heartedly gphiggs, but it should not be at the expense of existing shareholders, what management have put forward is in the long term probably very good for shareholders but in the shorter mover the next year and a half extremely bad,if you as an individual require cash and have to sell you will not be able to sell for a fair free market price you will be stuck excepting a lower manipulated price this share will be rangebound for the period my guess $.375 to $0.42 good luck making money we are screwed.
