bought in last year on the NASA announcement and have been reading your comments ever since. So thank you, and Barrel Sitter, Dolci, Stan and too many other to mention.
To me this announcement reads risk mitigation. BRN has little cashflow at present and any customer would want assurance that they will be able to supply product for the next few years. If BRN were to go under in the middle of production, that would spell total disaster.
I imagine "they" would want an IP agreement as well, maybe transfer Patents in the event of insolvency. $65M facility is a pretty good safety net to keep the company solvent and leave IP where it is.
In this context, I can understand NDA and comms blackout while a contract is being developed. There is nothing to report until contracts are signed
Hopefully this is one of the final tics and the blackout will soon be lifted. And hopefully "they" will be rather big.
