Teddy is absolutely correct. I've also mentioned something similar in previous posts.
Initially I was optomistic about this stock until I researched previous work done by Aurora. The manganese price WAS aroumd $4kg but the bottom line was the resource was not economical. Mainly due to the lack of size of the resource and high transport cost. These were the MAIN factors. The were aiming for 10MT resource.
I hear the phrase "undervalued compared to peers" being thrown around alot so let me give you one peer comparison.
Montezuma mining:
Has Australia's largest onshore manganese resource. JORC Estimated total resource of - wait for it ...... 180MT at 10.8% Mn. Thats over 19 million tonnes of contained manganese. Market cap of $19 million.
