As nice as the announcement is.... having a pipeline deal to fall back on.... i still would have preferred an announcement on the establishment of an SPV with cash deposited.
As faithful as i am to this company and their potential, i feel this announcement is timed post market close and pre AGM to overshadow/distract us from the lack of news/progress on the SPV
