These all seem like direct aid deals to me. The Kongsberg deal is done by the IFU which is a fund run by the UK and other Governments and procured on behalf of Ukraine.
If Ukraine are buying direct from EOS then it must say something about the capability of the system?
Ukraine is daily getting pounded by Russian drones. Cant see how any of the above articles disproves that Ukraine needs as much counter drone equipment it can get its hands on.
If the EOS contract is dead, and they havent informed the market, then that it is a massive breach of continuous disclosure obligations.
Time will tell but Im not convinced this contract is dead based on what you have posted.
