but when I read the announced conditional contracts for up to 150 RWS it is with SpetsTechnoExport (“STE”), a Ukrainian state-owned foreign trade enterprise not the US Department of Defense. Assuming they are happy and want to proceed - the RWS are envisaged to be supplied in 2023 and 2024.
Not sure I would jump to the conclusion that the deal is dead.
