    I read through the US Department of Defense $325 million aid package announced on 21 Sept as per link https://www.defense.gov/News/Releases/Release/Article/3534283/biden-administration-announces-additional-security-assistance-for-ukraine/

    and yes it does not mention RWS

    but when I read the announced conditional contracts for up to 150 RWS it is with SpetsTechnoExport (“STE”), a Ukrainian state-owned foreign trade enterprise not the US Department of Defense. Assuming they are happy and want to proceed - the RWS are envisaged to be supplied in 2023 and 2024.

    Not sure I would jump to the conclusion that the deal is dead.
