But, given that the board (and by extension ex-board members) own most of them, my guess is that they were hoping the sp would be well above the strike price now given they were awarded back a few years ago. I reckon they're sitting there quite unimpressed we're only trading in the 40s and that these will expire.
My guess is that PA's exit plan is a nice little buy out and so every option for him counts.
