    I have to wonder why the company secretary isn't writing these announcements - he has enough experience in the game to know what is required, what information shareholders are looking for in an announcement, and how to properly convey the information.

    The MD musty know by now that his performance writing announcements is far below acceptable but I'm not seeing any sign of improvement which is a real concern.
