Possibly better than going down that route initially might be to formulate a set of questions that is sent to management by registered post with a cover letter telling them that the questions are from a voting block of shareholders and that the MD is required to provide answers to all of the given questions in an announcement to the ASX within 14 days, and that the shareholders reserve the right to call an EGM to remove the MD depending on the answers received (or not received).
