    The advantage will likely be improved liquidity, but that’s probably it. Basically the CDIs will track the Nasdaq price on close each day, so if you place your buy/sell order close enough to that price, you should have no problem getting filled. Any arbitrage opportunities will likely be gobbled up very quickly.
