Generally cannot use technical analysis on a stock like CHN but just because yAlthough cannot really use technical charting for CHN -- because you said chart looks bad I though I will post what I see to the contrary
It appears to be on the cusp of forming a bullish Doji Star -- and If there is the right news flow it could gap up (like it did on previous news)
In the presence of bad/disappointing news it could head down to fill the gap. Although it is still in overbought territory unlike a conventional stock there is no true baseline to determine what is the overbought being referenced to
On a 4hr frame the technicals look as below (on a one day frame the oscillators are also in buy territory)
