I'm getting really good vibes about WCL lately, I know this is not a technical term in any sense - but you get the feeling something big is happening, and the pieces are falling into place fairly quickly. With this 2nd drilling rig, we should be on our way to justifying reserves...but who for...us, Mitsui, BG?
