    I'm not any good with fundamentals, so could anyone comment on the risk factor with TXN? I just lost with QPN, and that had a 35% chance of success. With the SPP I'll be more exposed, and very tempted to sell my current holdings to de-risk somewhat. How much is relying on this current testing?
