The SNG (Rodan) model: BR & Co issue shares to fund exploration, governance & administration and other sundries. Aggregating tenements into the structure without funding to seriously explore, classify or develop. Shares routinely being sold at 50c in the dollar by frustrated impatient shareholders who had faith in management. I am waiting patiently to see who the ultimate beneficiary of the ongoing investment in Siren Gold will be. Disappointed that BR not choosing to prioritise development. He does have many other responsibilities. I guess these tenements are just cattle/kiwi pastures until they are developed. Does this qualify as “rent seeking” , “lifestyle company” or is something more nefarious occurring here?
