Did anyone notice this paragraph in the Bonus Option Prospectus, 5 Dec 2019, page 22:
“the Company has made an indicative proposal to acquire an additional gold exploration interest in Colombia through the issue of scrip consideration for an amount of less than $1,000,000. As at the date of this Prospectus, the Company has not received a formal response to the proposal”
It looks like they are looking at an acquisition of some sort...
