Ignore the seller(s) - not willing to play proper exploration.
MNC have managed to hit gold in their first two holes and the latest hole had high grade ie. 8 g/t to 17 g/t Au. FYI - underground mines in Canada are economic at 8 g/t Au (some work at 5 g/t Au).
All MNC need to do now is fine tune their geological model so they can go chasing after the higher grade veins of which there are probably many.
If you find enough of the high grade veins then you can make a mine.
Simple really! I guess some guys don't understand that...
