Ballard is more likely to be bringing product into Bunbury. There is no minerals trade between Bunbury and Geraldton, so ship should arrive empty and load straight away after the Nord Sirius for Fenix (no quarantine if she's already been in Bunbury).
Biggest issue is there is currently no power in Geraldton, so Fenix ship could be delayed (but also no unloading of trucks to GWR's shed). This assume no cyclone damage to critical infrastructure.
