"Does this mean JRV is not shut down for us?" No, unfortunately, it means JRV is shut down for us shareholders. However, JRV out of bankruptcy will continue, perhaps with a change in name, in Millstreet's clutches by then having been the main creditors (see previous company announcements and HC posts).
