Ann: Second Meeting of Creditors, page-9

Contacted KPMG to get an update and their response is below it seems creditors have passed resolution to execute DOCA, can someone please explain what this means? Is it closing down or are we still open for business and hope?

At the second meeting ofcreditors of the Companies held on 30 April 2025, creditors passed resolutionsrequiring the Companies execute a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA)pursuant to Part 5.3A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). We expect toissue further correspondence to creditors following execution of the DOCA.

We have not yet issued adeclaration, pursuant to Section 104-145(1) of the Income Tax Assessment Act1997. We expect to be in a position to issue such a declaration prior to 30June 2025.
