Just been scrolling through the Report to Creditors and the Annual Report.
I am not a lawyer, I am not an accountant, so it is pretty headbanging stuff.
I note from the Annual Report ( page 72 of the pdf )
As at 20 August 2015, 7,764 shareholders held less than marketable parcels......
Not sure where the cutoff point between 1000 shares and a billion shares lies ( I am sure someone can point it out ) but pretty much most of us are caught with unmarketable parcels that presumably Liberty will clean up at their leisure in due course.
Liberty are bailing COK out to protect their investment - I doubt they are doing the rest of the register any favours.
