I would expect the demand for EV's will be fairly high in especially in Europe.
The way I see it is they are playing it both ways.
It's quite significant that they are not going to develop Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) any further. So they must be seeing it in their demand.
So most of their development spend will go into hybrids and EV's.
