MDI is backed by real strong fundamentals as opposed your pump and dump.

If you want to benchmark the valuation of MDI, best to compare to SPX.

Here is a quick and conservative Valuation of MDI, say if they only had a 700Koz resource (Excluding Two Mile Hill)

Resource (assumed 90% Recovery) = 700,000 oz
Gold Price ($1600 USD/oz) = $1.12 Bil
Operating & Capital Cost (benchmark Jnr miner) = $730/USD Oz = $511 Mil
Production Per Annum = 35,000-40,000 oz (As stated in the MDI Investor presentation they are aware that with a large resource find they can justify an upgrade to the processing plant to increase production capacity)
Revenue Per Year = $50 Mil
Project EBITDA = $609 Mil
Project NPAT = $395Mil
DCF Valuation Range = Share Price 10-17 cents (W.A.C.C 8%)

I am being conservative here! if the resource grows, price of gold rises, fuel prices remain low, it is only going to increase the valuation of the SP. It is more than a coincidence and most our billionaire Top 20 have been accumulating.
