Will give my opinion on this ongoing analysis of MDI tomorrow morning.Both parties are correct in certain aspects but those figures need to acknowledge the time value of money in this project whilst it can't be compared to any other companies of recent expect possibly KIN in its early days for certain aspects, yet KIN has failed to locate a standalone deposit.

The IRR and NPV will be the major factors in attracting funding for MDI & will segment MDI from all peers for further cornerstone investment, especially based in a tier 1 location with the adjoining factors of our adjacent neighbour having a low ball offer thrown there way (without the significant assets/sunk costs which we own).

We own 100% of the project, which is a major tick with relatively good terms/conditions for the royalty agreement etc.

A lot to analyse in MDI as it simply isn't 'the same' or similar to most peers. The current deposits are extremely different in the viable mining techniques that can be utilised to extract the ore in a feasible manner. Any satellite pits will contribute to an increase in IRR/NPV if we continue to shape the Tonalite intrusion at depth for the standalone deposit + the BIF high-grade potential will be of major contribution in the different production stages at depth.

The upside in this region will begin to shine & outperform similar companies which will set MDI apart in time. When we look at time, just how much are we talking & at how much shareholder cost/further liquidation? Will a cornerstone investor step up for a significant position in this play to help tighten the register? Will a JV be highly attracted as the plant serves as mill treatment for the region & its discoveries in the future (capitalization)? Where's AME taking their ore??? A lot of further dilution when raising funds to translate inferred to indicated/measured for FS purposes prior to final decision, can a cornerstone contribute etc?
