Another promising find by VMS which is great for suffering S/h , company and region longer term. Shorter term and more importantly - concern VMS still business as usual - cost structure and activities maintained , no cash generation and no positive update on IO project resolution to drive development opportunities. Upcoming qrtly cash balance will be closely scrutinized as will any(?) disclosure on IO project. Next/upcoming CR (timing & form) will be tricky given volatile market conditions and market skepticism of management to deliver a sustainable business with cash flow. A successful CR will be dependent on operational progress not on a rehashed story line based on quality of assets to invest any more - IMO.  As a past investor, the assets seem good but the risk isn't at the moment.
