If they really were desperate the JV probably could have found another customer to give a pre payment .
Maybe the fact that they just extended the current contract means that they think they can get through to the remediation of Vali 2 and 3 on the cashflow they are producing now .
The next quarterly will be very interesting .
It is a very tough market for Energy company minnows at the moment .
