Imho I would leverage the rpd voucher and fast track our lead -> as we have a pipeline value multiplier dependency downstream.
my hope is that the market starts to value the pipe line infrastructure platform now in place - Sue is a proven leader in this space - RNA therapeutics will be the preferred modality in the near future given the under-appreciated risks of gene/DNA therapies - from my reading of hottod/ww - which lends itself to massive re-rate of PYC if we can use the RPD to validate our RNA therapeutic factory - until such time as DNA therapies are ready, much much more time/research I believe (personally I don’t think we have fully thought out the manifold impacts of altering God’s word breathed into our DNA structure). I rather limit our dabbling in the downstream messaging channels of RNA world.
Maybe another decade away to study the drug efficacy of the current cohort/or limitation to price/widespread application of DNA therapies/virus vectors will help make CPP based RNA therapies rise to the fore, in which Perth based PYC place will rise to the top.
thankfully we have enough internal cash to utilize the RPD - I believe the backbone CPP retina structure in a fast tracked FDA approved lead - will Carry over from pediatrics to adult population automatically? Allowing us to claim some form of ‘medical precedent’?
