They also have the legal costs to pay from previous solicitor.I wonder if they have had the documents returned since they have not paid the account.Surely CHM is trading insolvently.If I read the report correctly CHM spent $436000 last month including $26000 to directors.I am not knocking CHM but I worry about companies like this who could go under.They only have $93000 in cash and a $1.65 million debt,I am not an accountant but surely these numbers would be a great worry to their accountant.
