re: Ann: Second Quarter Activities and Cashfl... the bigger worry is once the previous lawyers bill has been assessed. the bulk of it will be a legit claim that will immediately become due and payable. you can bet that the litigation funder won't pay for that, so who will? you can be absolutely certain it will be well over $99k and the assessment of the bill must be due any day now.
it is still very poor form not to have disclosed the basic terms of the litigation funders deal - this is a material disclosure for chm shareholders and asx is just looking the other way...
