I think you may find the amount has already been lodged in a trust account as they appear to have got the files and moved on.
Why is it that it is only the MMX holders who get in a frenzy over CHM position and what the terms of the funding are.
Any deal done will leave something for shareholders as this is how the drivers of this will make their money. I think these guys have done a great job given whats happened in the market and the inability to raise the funds in their own right.
CHM only needs to meet what appears to be its running costs as its main activity is funded by a third party.
One question for MMX holders is why does MMX never refer to the small case (only 5% of the asset claimed) in their announcements.
This is coming up in August and is a direct claim againt the asset which is contrary to their statements.
