Once again IMO it seems to me that the Co management wasn't on top of things....shouldn't they have been more proactive to question and personally follow up as to when the court case was to be held well beforehand. This court case was essentially to be the do or die case for the Co's project in that area as a whole ,,,,why did they leave it to just a few days before the end of January to follow up on things surely alarm bells should have been ringing loud and clear well before then .....I am also surprised that legal counsel acting for the Co didn't pick up on things earlier as I am sure he/she would have wanted to note in his/her court diary of their availability to represent the Co on that day and have sufficient time to fully prepare for the case .........
Doesn't this failure to do and follow up things by the Co in a timely manner sound familiar.....seems they still haven't learn't their lesson yet..........I expect S/price to now fall even further...maybe they will do another consolidation in due course to raise the s/price level ...lol
