Kildaka, it could look like anything, and I'd be talking out my butt by speculating.

    So here I go

Takeovers can be straight buyouts - I.e. they pay a price per share. Most often this will be at a premium to current share price.
Say the share price is 16c come next January.
they might offer 18c per share.

other methods of takeover can include share-swapping. This is when we trade our shares for their shares. This will be dependant on value of both companies.
For example, the buying company will 99.9% likely be larger than us, and it might look like a 10:1 ratio. So, for every ten of our shares, we get one of theirs.

Sometimes it's a combination of both.

I suggest all of this with full realisation we may also get funding, and pioneer this bad boy until management all pass away stinking rich.

    so... TLDR could be anything.
