I would assume that any "failures" are due to the fact the third parties are pushing the boundaries with regards to the amount of Edencrete they need to use and also the thickness of concrete they can now pour to achieve their desired performance results for their particular application.
ie. vary the amount of Edencrete used and reduce the concrete thickness until it breaks - by definition you need to have some "failures" in order to measure the limits of performance.
I would assume that any "failures" are due to the fact the third...
