EDE would have plenty of room to do a Placement.

That last Presentation would have been prepared and presented to potential investors/partners.
It would have been released to ASX because EDE need to ensure that EDE did not provide info to potential investors, which had not been provided to ASX.

We do know that EDE have been working on a longer term solution, because s/h were told that at AGM, and that GS and DS have just put another A$1.3m of their own cash into EDE/TAS, and that our product is viable, independently tested by probably scores of independent 3rd parties, that EDE is developing new market oriented products, that the product is a needed part solution to the US infrastructure requirement, and that EDE is being geared-up for a ramp-up in demand.

It will not take much of an increase in sales, hence receipts, to push EDE into a cash flow positive situation. We shareholders are highly geared to that really positive prospect.
