SO they do a placement for say $10M or around 6% of the current market cap , its not exactly highly dilutive is it ?
Guessing though it would be done at around $0.12 so could see a short term drop in price , but be sensible if EDE escrowed the shares for 6 months , to prevent the placement holders going for stag profits at the expense of loyal shareholders
