The thing about the merger offer is that it is tied to the STO share price- and that price has been falling since the merger offer was first made. I am thinking that the bigger issue than the headline price offered- is how do we see STO/OSH going together in the future? I believe that there could be synergies- a sometimes over used word.
The merger offer has already put something of a floor under the OSH SP- it was heading downwards when the offer was leaked/announced/revealed.
Other than that, once this delta strain thing is beaten- whenever that may be- this sector and OSH should do really well.
