No that's not quite right. The efficacy was tested in the validation trial, and this implementation study tested that when two different testers apply the same test to the same dementia patient they get the same result. The result was better for patients at rest (100% agreement) compared to while moving (repositioning or walking). All patients had moderate to severe dementia.
