    Capitulation sellers all heading for the exit for a loss. Despite my low 3s average, I have yet to make a loss on EPT. Lesson learnt.

    Same feeling when SAS and RAP were getting smacked at 1.6c, I was buying and I'm in the cue if this breaks down further for a steal. I doubt it will though.

    Looking at the chart one must think the company is a mining stock about to go under and is poorly managed, entirely the opposite. EPTs time will come.
