    Agreed, Discover would have known the numbers prior to investing in Sezzle and factored the bad debts (last two QTR’s) as short term digestion.

    Sezzle (who I think has great investor relations), has had to put out a simplified presentation assuming to addrejss the overreaction by the market.

    Zip’s bad debts had also increased during the recent QTR reporting.

    But increase of 3.4% (bad debts) against UMS does not warrant a 15% drop IMO.
