Treed in my opinion you are a sensible fellow. I'd appreciate your take on something.

When Mesoblast states as they do have on page 12 of todays annouced presentation that they have a "validated potency assay" in your opinion is that covered by the foreward looking statements disclaimer at the front of the presentation or in your opinion would Mesoblast shareholders and the market be entitled to trust it as being an objectively true
statement rather than a mere belief by Mesoblast that they now have a validated potency assay.

ie. Does MSB have a duty of care not to overstate that they have a "valid potency assay" when no one including the FDA seems to have ruled on that yet and they don't seem to have placed any proof of its validity in the public domain, or are they perfectly entitled to say that if its just a belief they have that its a validated potency assay?

Quite a bit seems to turn on that.
