It wouldn’t be hard to imagine the spin off IPO was done in preparation of potential offers come post BFS.
Take it as you will, but GWR just had a similar gold spin off IPO, share allocation was 8.35 to 1 share. GWR has roughly 5 times the amount of shares than MIO (not counting MMS and the like).
May the thoughtful planning and delivery continue this year.
