Why would anyone buy on market when the company does not see any of the coin? Seems it would be better to wait, buy in a CR and everyone benefits.
Excuse my ignorance, could the company raise by themselves, cut out the brokers and keep the raise solely to shareholders? I couldn’t put a lot in but I would put something in - with or without options. This is going to be a last chance, last chug of the bottle raise so whether we have options or not is not really going to matter.
