I thought it was interesting that in the final paragraph of the Announcement they chose to make only a fleeting reference to "contractual claims and disputes" and made no further comment to the legal proceedings initiated against them by Macmahon Holdings (ASX:MAH) subsidiary TMM Group as advised on 28/12/2022.
