Only the 2nd trial???? what was Merial doing after 2008 trial until they cancelled the contract? Although I am happy with this news, I am also disappointed that this vaccine didn't progress from 2008. I also question the motive of this announcement as Imugene previously didn't want to release any announcement until they had a new partner. This either tells us that the new contract allows Imugene to inform us sensitive information or someone is playing hard ball with the negotiations.
