TIO having made the statement "they will not increase the offer this is the last and final offer"one would think they are legally obliged to 2.5c, I sold into the bid disgusted, the apparent standoff is interesting but control is within reach and if not dilution is the most likely outcome as a separate entity it will have no material impact on TIO , if it does not go to production well TIO will feel very little pain given the relatively small capital outlay----
