    at $2 the market cap would only be $886 Million dollars.

    Pure Energy went for around 1 Billion Dollar Market Cap.

    Don't forget whoever wins Westside wins control over the whole J/V (51% Westside and 49% Mitsui (Largest Company in Japan)).
