    well it shows that L/B are really putting a lot into this effort!
    they really want Westside, and are determined to get our shares as cheaply as possible.

    if there are so many uncertainties wrt WCL achieving production, funding etc , why is L/B still keen on paying a price which they say is way above historical prices?
