As for Eramet slagging MDL about previous forecasts, outlooks, telling everyone about the gearbox failures and numerous production issues. Might I remind you Eramet - you are the OPERATOR of this business not MDL. These issues were and are on YOUR WATCH.


You are just highlighting how pathetic you've been and now with everything finally running smoothly, you lob a cheap arse bid.

Let me give you an insight on my thoughts (and probably many other holders)

I will be guided by 'Grant Samuels' valuation of MDL, not your offer. If you don't agree with it, that's okay - I'm sure every other company going into the dataroom will appreciate it existence.
